Mr. Shim is a designer recognized from both domestic and foreign countries. He has been targeting foreign markets like France and the U.S. He has been Chief Designer in "Roots Canada," "Fiorucci," "Tomboy" and many more. In 2006 he founded Commas Studio, and in Dongdaemun he developed a muti-shop named 'comma.' Mr. Shim was also in charge of product planning and consulting for street multi-shops called 'Style Lab' in 2007. He has successfully brought 'Plan6,' founded by students majoring in fashion deisgn at Konkuk University, to an enter overseas. Meanwhile, 'Shilla' underwent a major renewal and is now running a showroom at the head office to open a dealership with a department store. This brand is based from a textile factory, 'Dongdeok Textiles Co.,' that has been traditionally producing viscose rayon.
